Preparing a home to hit the market means we’ll walk through the property together, identify the best updates to maximize value, connect you with the right attorney if needed (estate, divorce, or personal sale), complete repairs and staging, and get everything photo-ready before we launch it to the public.

3. Pricing

Homes are priced by analyzing recent comparable sales, current market demand, the home’s condition and upgrades, and the competition from similar homes currently for sale.

4. Marketing

My expertise and Coldwell Banker’s world-renowned name—paired with strategic open houses and proven listing strategies—professionally promote your home through photography, virtual tours, social media ads, and custom marketing materials to attract more buyers, sell faster, and maximize your sale price.

5. Under Contract

Once your home is under contract, I manage the entire process from inspection through closing by coordinating timelines, negotiating repairs and credits, communicating with attorneys and lenders, and making sure everything stays on track for a smooth sale.

6. Closing

Closing is the final step where we sign the paperwork, finalize the sale, and hand off the keys—ideally after I’ve also helped you successfully secure and coordinate the purchase of your next home.**
