The Buying Process

1. Buyer Agency

Buyer agency is when a real estate agent legally represents you as the buyer, protecting your best interests and guiding you through the home search, negotiation, and purchase from start to finish.

2. Pre Approval

Your buyer’s agent will connect you with a lender who fits your unique situation, so you can get pre-approved and know your price point before we start touring homes.

3. Touring/Offer

We’ll start touring homes within your price point, and once we find the one that fits you best, I’ll write a strong, competitive offer to help you win your dream home at the best possible value.

4. Attorney Review

Attorney review is the period after the contract is signed when your attorney reviews the terms and negotiates any changes, and I’ll help connect you with a trusted real estate attorney if you don’t already have one.

5. Final Walkthrough/Closing

During the final walkthrough we confirm the home is in the agreed-upon condition, and at closing you’ll sign the final paperwork, funds are transferred, and you officially get the keys.

Let's discuss your personalized plan to home ownership.
